SENIOR ARCHITECT - Immediate start

We are now looking for our next talented Project Leader to join our growing practice.

Senior Architectural Project Lead role has come available within our Sydney practice based in the Crows Nest. The ideal candidate will have great design and leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous documentation experience of Industrial warehouses and Healthcare hospitals would be a plus.
To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Completed architectural qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years proven professional design experience
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation ability
• Excellent communication skills bother verbally and written
• Capacity to meet project deadlines and timeframes
• Capacity to work efficiently and independently with limited supervision
• Good understanding of architectural project workflows (SK, DA, CC and CD phases)
• Good understanding of project administration
• Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Local experience and knowledge
• A passion for architecture and design
• Proficiency in Revit documentation.
