Some of you may occassionally have been plagued by an error message informing you that your file "needs to be manually upgraded". I refer to this as the cactus message, because that is the condition of your file...
One of the primary causes of this problem has now been identified. There is an incompatability between Revit (all flavours) and the eTrust anti-virus software package. A fix has been created by Autodesk, but is not yet available for general download. If you do use eTrust please contact your reseller or my office (revitsupport@benndesign.com.au) to arrange to get that modified build.
