You MUST register yourself as a member of the RUGs mailout usergroup (amongst the buttons at the top of every page in the forums) if you want to receive agendas, minutes, notices and other email based information from us.
This is to allow people to register as members of the user group who do NOT want to receive email from us (ie. interstate, overseas users).
