The Purpose of the Position
With the onset of multiple new projects and a large pipeline of exciting projects ahead of them, Architectus' Sydney office is buzzing with creative energy. They are currently working on various infrastructure, rail and tertiary sector projects and require your talent and expertise to help them deliver elegant and innovative design solutions. You will join their collaborative team of professionals in a full time permanent capacity to assist the project team leader in the production of every aspect of the design project lifecycle as required. This will include producing design documentation utilising your high level capability within Revit.

To successfully fulfil this position, you will be a high-end Revit user who has had hands-on experience working on large and complex projects focused within the commercial, infrastructure, rail and/or tertiary education sector. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to diversify between tasks which will ultimately allow you further career exposure and professional development.


Key experience and personal traits:

A relevant tertiary degree qualification or years of experience in a relevant role
You must hold excellent working knowledge and prior experience working with Revit to be considered for this position
Exposure to rail, infrastructure, commercial and/or tertiary education projects
Prior exposure to complex projects that are compliance and deadline driven
Highly developed ability to produce design documentation within required timeframes
Experience working on design projects and familiarity with the project management cycle
A recognisable passion for design and an exceptional eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, to contribute your ideas and to learn from other designers
A desire to continuously learn and grow
Ability to stay up to date with current industry trends
Able to work across Revit, The Adobe Suite and Photoshop
A Registered Architect is desirable but not essential
