Have you ever wondered how to insert symbols into Revits text editor? well its very easy.

Revit uses 'Microsoft character map' for text symbols.

What you have to do

1. Click the 'Start' button, Go to "Run" type 'charmap'

2. Find the symbol you need, click "Select" button & then "Copy"

3. Switch back to your text in Revit and go to "Edit" and "Paste from Clipboard"

simple as that :)

Or you can use ALT key + code method. (if you know the corresponding code, for the symbol)
